Yesterday was an emotional roller coaster for me. My oldest was sad about some things going on in her life, which in turn as a mom tears you up inside. I sometimes wonder is we hurt just as much as the child. Then I watched something that affected me and made me think of Kamber's death. I should have just turned the video off but I didn't, so I fought the demons in my head trying to bring me down to the depths of He#!. But, then a friend came over for me to do her hair and she was like a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed doing her hair and making her look beautiful, which is not hard. She is she a pretty girl anyway! We then decided to take the kids to Chick Fil A to eat and play. That was nice to get out of the house and let the kids have some fun other than at home destroying everything. I didn't lock my back door when I left since it was going to be a quick trip, but when I got home I realized that someone had locked the bottom lock and we were locked out. It was almost 110 out yesterday and I was in a pair of sweatpants. Yes, I do wear these when I am big and pregnant when I am planning to be at home all day. I looked for my key and it was no where to be found. I tried our other secret things to get in the house and they all failed. Did I mention Ethan is out of town and could not come to the rescue? I called a locksmith and from the time I called it took an hour to get there, which was opposite of what they told me 2 times. I sat with my hot sweaty kids and cried. This just topped the cake to my emotional day. The locksmith couldn't pick the lock so he had to drill it which breaks it and costs more money. He did mention to buy that same brand again because of how hard it is the break in. Yay! That is a plus, even though for the first time I was hoping it would be easy to break into my house. I just wanted cool air. I called Ethan to talk with him and ended up in tears instead. He couldn't talk because he was busy, which I have been hearing the whole time he has been gone. Most the time I understand, but I just need my husband to hear me for a moment. His response was I'll call you a little later. My response " I won't have time for you later, I'm going out with a friend tonight." I was a little ticked but quickly let it pass because I know he is crazy busy working. Needless to say, I had a great time with my friend getting a pedi and going to get some yummy dinner! But before I end I need to tell you of my funny conversation with the nail tech, a conversation I have a lot here lately with people I meet.
Nail Tech- Is this a boy or girl?
Me- Actually 2 boys
Nail Tech- Oh wow! Twins! That is why you are so big.
Me thinking- Thanks for noticing! Haha!
Nail Tech- Is this baby # 1 #2 or #3?
Me- 7 and 8
Nail Tech- Her mouth hung to the ground in shock.

I'm sure I am going to hear all kinds of things as I get closer to the end! Ha!
